How TruFlex® Works

TruFlex® uses three different types of stimulation to increase mass and strength while toning and firming your muscles‍

Prep Mode - Think about this as a sort of “warm-up” - just like when you go to the gym. TruFlex® simulates twisting motions that are comparable to stretching your muscles before your workout. Prep Mode gets your muscles used to the muscle contractions and electrical stimulation.‍

Tone Mode - Contracting and holding your muscles is one of the keys to building and toning muscles - it isn’t all about lifting heavy weights. TruFlex®’s Tone Mode does just that. Electrical stimulation is sent to your muscles to contract and hold to the point of exhaustion, then it relaxes.‍

Sculpt Mode - To complement the contract-and-hold muscle stimulation, Sculpt Mode induces fast, deep, and sequential muscle contractions. Sculpt Mode helps build muscle and raises your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)‍

The resulting muscle gains from TruFlex® are permanent as long as you maintain your weight, keep relatively active and partake in periodic maintenance treatments.

No Downtime & Non-Invasive

With TruFlex®, there is no downtime. After your session, you may experience some slight muscle soreness or tenderness, but this is normal. You will still be able to resume your normal activities after your TruFlex® treatment.
