Cancellation Policy

  • We understand that life can become unexpectedly busy and that plans can change without warning. That's why we offer our clients the flexibility to change or cancel their appointment at no charge, as long as they provide us with at least a 24 hours notice.
  • Late cancellations or No-Shows will be charged $50 to cover our time and effort,
  • We do not accept cancellation or rebooking by email. Please call the location.
  • As a courtesy, we will call, text or email to confirm your service appointments one to two business days prior to your appointment date. Please confirm or change your appointments as soon as possible as missed appointments or late-cancellations will be charged the cancellation fee.
  • If you need to cancel your appointment because of a possible Covid-19 exposure, we will be happy to waive the cancelation fee with proof of test.
  • You will not be charged for your appointment until after you receive your service, at which time you may present your pre-paid receipt/order number
  • When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
