Aesthetician

We are seeking an Aesthetician to join our fast-paced, patient-centered medical spa team, providing professional, results-driven skincare in a calm and supportive environment. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who is detail-oriented, empathetic, and confident guiding clients through personalized treatment plans while maintaining a warm, reassuring presence. As an integral member of our clinical and wellness team, you will perform advanced facials and skin treatments, support overall treatment plans, and collaborate closely with providers and front desk staff. You will help clients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for from consultation through aftercare, ensuring each visit reflects our standards of professionalism, safety, and respect. Key Responsibilities Conduct thoughtful skincare consultations, including skin analysis and a review of goals, concerns, and relevant history, and design individualized treatment plans. Perform professional facial and body treatments such as customized facials, exfoliation, extractions, peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive services within your scope of practice and training. Provide corrective and maintenance skincare using medical-grade products and techniques, focusing on concerns such as acne, sensitivity, aging, and uneven texture. Educate clients on home-care routines, product selection, and realistic expectations, helping them understand how in-office treatments and daily habits work together. Maintain accurate treatment notes and documentation in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements. Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and properly stocked, consistently following sanitation and safety guidelines. Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other team members to align skincare services with broader medical and aesthetic plans, staying within your licensed scope at all times. What We’re Looking For A licensed Esthetician in good standing, meeting all state education, licensing, and continuing education requirements. Strong technical skills in facial treatments, exfoliation, extractions, and product application, with a solid understanding of skin types and conditions. A warm, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen carefully and explain treatments clearly and calmly. Consistent professionalism, punctuality, and respect for client boundaries, privacy, and comfort. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a structured schedule, while maintaining high standards of care and attention to detail. Experience in a spa or medical spa setting is preferred; a strong commitment to patient-centered, result-focused skincare is essential.
