Skin Spa New York was founded in 2005 by Thom Elzner. After successful careers in law, finance, and investment banking, Elzner developed a deep passion for aesthetic medicine and spent years studying emerging laser technologies before opening Skin Spa's first treatment room in Midtown Manhattan.
