All sales are final
You may exchange your unused purchases for another treatment or package with management approval. One may exchange any remaining credit for other full-priced services provided.
Online purchases of services remain available for redemption according to the terms applicable to the service purchased. Failure to schedule or redeem a purchased service does not constitute cancellation of the transaction or failure by Skin Spa New York to provide the service when the service remains available for redemption.
If a purchased service is redeemed by a person authorized by the purchaser, such redemption constitutes fulfillment of the purchase.
If you believe a transaction was unauthorized, processed incorrectly, or that a purchased service was not provided as agreed, we encourage you to contact Skin Spa New York promptly so that we may investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Skin Spa New York may provide the payment processor, card network, issuing bank, or other financial institution with records reasonably necessary to document the transaction, including evidence of the customer's acceptance of these Terms, purchase records, appointment history, communications, service availability, authorized recipient information, consent forms, treatment records, and evidence of service redemption or performance.
Nothing in these Terms waives or restricts any dispute rights available to a cardholder under applicable law or payment-card rules. Skin Spa New York reserves all rights and remedies available to it with respect to amounts lawfully owed.
If you feel that your payment method was used fraudulently, please contact us at info@skinspanewyork.com for resolution.
