We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our fast-paced, patient-centered medical spa team. This is a highly sales-driven role for someone who is warm, attentive, and confident guiding clients toward services and products that support their goals.
As the first point of contact, you will shape both the client experience and the performance of the practice. You will welcome guests, manage a busy schedule, and consistently introduce treatments, memberships, and retail products in a way that feels thoughtful, informative, and aligned with each client’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, setting a calm and reassuring tone from the moment they arrive.
- Proactively educate clients about treatments, packages, memberships, and skincare products, with a focus on meeting both individual goals and sales targets.
- Confidently recommend add-ons, upgrades, and follow-up appointments based on treatment plans and provider guidance.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and changes with accuracy and efficiency to support a full, productive schedule.
- Support check-in and check-out, including payment processing, membership enrollment, and accurate documentation of services and products.
- Sustain continuous communication with service providers for a seamless patient experience.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries with clarity, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset, aiming to convert inquiries into booked appointments.
- Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk and reception area that reflects our standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
- A sales-minded, patient-centered professional who is comfortable discussing pricing, packages, sales and memberships in a clear, reassuring way.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or performance goals in a client-facing personal services, hospitality, or retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and make clients feel at ease.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and follow-through in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility, empathy and strong team spirit. Can-do attitude and intiative highly valued.
- Clear and professional communication skills, in person, over the phone and by email or Google chat.
- Previous experience in a spa, medical spa, or similar setting is preferred but not required; sales or hospitality experience is strongly valued.
What You Can Expect
- A supportive, collaborative team that values both client outcomes and strong sales performance.
- Transparent expectations around individual and team-based sales goals, with coaching and feedback to help you succeed.
- Opportunities for growth within a well-established practice that prioritizes professional development and client care.
- A workplace culture centered on respect, consideration, and high standards of service.
