Medspa Nurse

We are seeking a Medspa Nurse to join our fast-paced, patient-centered team, providing safe, effective, and compassionate aesthetic care. This role is ideal for a nurse who is clinically skilled, genuinely empathetic, and confident guiding patients through their treatment journey in a calm and reassuring manner.

As a key clinical provider, you will perform nonsurgical cosmetic treatments, educate patients, and collaborate closely with our medical and front desk teams. You will help patients feel informed, supported, and comfortable while upholding the highest standards of safety, integrity, and professionalism in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough consultations, complete assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and medical history.
  • Administer aesthetic treatments such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other injectables in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
  • Perform or assist with advanced skin and laser treatments (for example, microneedling, laser procedures), depending on training and practice offerings.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and aftercare, ensuring they feel informed and supported at every step.
  • Monitor patient safety and comfort before, during, and after treatment, and respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and practice standards.
  • Collaborate with the medical director and wider team to refine treatment plans, uphold protocols, and support a cohesive, high-performing practice.

What We’re Looking For

  • A licensed RN, NP, or PA with a strong interest in—or experience with—aesthetic medicine and nonsurgical cosmetic treatments.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and evidence-based care.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain treatments and recommendations clearly, calmly, and without jargon.
  • A warm, professional presence that helps patients feel at ease, especially when they may be anxious or new to aesthetic treatments.
  • Strong attention to detail, steady hands, and sound clinical judgment in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
  • Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting is preferred; a willingness to learn and grow in aesthetics is essential.
