You may exchange your unused purchases for another treatment or package with management approval. One may exchange any remaining credit/vouchers for other full-priced services provided. 

We understand that life can become unexpectedly busy and that plans can change without warning. That's why we offer our clients the flexibility to change or cancel their appointment at no charge, as long as they provide us with at least a 24 hours notice. Late cancellations, same day rebookings or No-Shows will be charged $50 to cover our time and effort. 

E-gift cards can be printed or be forwarded by via email to the recipient. Kindly ensure that the checkbox labeled “This order contains a gift” is checked and that the recipient’s email address is accurate. eGift cards are 100% digital, no physical card will be shipped. Physical Gift Cards are only available in store and cannot be mailed.

eGift cards are valid toward FULL PRICE SERVICES AND PACKAGES FOR IN-STORE redemption only (cannot be redeemed for Online purchases). They are not valid toward retail products, gratuities or cosmetic injectable treatments. eGift-cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

if you initiate a chargeback on a payment, you agree that we may recover the amount of the chargeback, in addition to any amount charged to us by your payment method provider for such chargeback, by any means deemed permissible, including but not limited to recharging your payment method or having the amount recovered by a collection agency. If you feel that your payment method was used fraudulently, please contact us for immediate resolution.
