  • Cancelable at any time, before the 20th of each month, after 3 months of membership. Simply email-us your request
  • Unused Membership treatment can be rolled over up to 60 days
  • Memberships are excluded from any Promotion or Sale
  • Non-transferable
  • No cash value
  • Members are encouraged to tip on the full price of services
  • May freeze membership at anytime, before the 20th of each month, for up to 90 days, one time. Simply email-us your request
  • Id verification is required for treatments
  • No refunds or credit for unused months or lesser value service
  • Price subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Prenatal Massage available at select locations

PLEASE NOTE: If you recently made a purchase online, a credit card is still required for booking as we have a 24-hr cancellation policy. Your online purchase will not be linked to your account until you provide the order number to the customer service representative at check in.

Online Gift Purchases:

Gift certificate: the certificate is an e-certificate, please forward or print the purchase to give to the recipient.

Non-certificate format: the recipient only needs the order number and your first and last name in order to redeem the purchase. If you require a physical gift card, you may contact one of the locations below to pick up in store.
