- Membership fee billed on 1st of each month
- Cancelable at any time, before the 20th of each month, after 3 months of membership. Simply email-us your request
- Unused Membership treatment can be rolled over up to 60 days
- Membership fee can’t be combined with any other offer
- Non-transferable
- No cash value
- Members are encouraged to tip on the full price of services
- May freeze membership at anytime, before the 20th of each month, for up to 90 days, one time
- Id verification is required for treatments
- No refunds or credit for unused months or lesser value service
- If you purchase a 3 month membership, you may cancel anytime after 3 additional months (6 months total), before the 20th of the month. Simply email-us your request
